If you are doing not eat any carbohydrates, your body can build aldohexose for your daily necessities. So, there ar solely essential proteins and essential fats. YES…ESSENTIAL DIETARY FATS! because the definition says, FATS ar needed for traditional growth however not synthesized within the body and thus necessary within the diet!
