everybody wants to be thin! Everybody wants a nice body, and this is ok!! It is ok to look good! There is nothing wrong with that!! But in order to achieve that, most of us, we are willing to do everything, just to look good. This is our only goal…to look good…only this.


Actually, what is missing from this….is the INSTANT KETO part! Most of us (including me when i begun) we are eating and exercising for the wrong reasons. We are eating “light” to lose weight and we are exercising until exhaustion to have a six-pack. This is WRONG! What we should do is to EAT AND EXERCISE TO BE HEALTHY. Ok and you probably wonder…what is the difference…both objectives look the same and have the same result. The difference is that, you may fix your problem with your extra weight, but actually you do nothing fixing your health. That is why most of the people that lose weight, gain it back in a few months. This is not a character issue, this is not happening because you have a weak personality, this is a health issue. If you were 100% healthy i guarantee you that you would not gain fat. Healthy people do not gain fat. On the other hand unhealthy people do gain fat!


So what is Instant Keto? Instant Keto is when all organs of your body working together in harmony at an optimum level. Gaining weight is not the problem, gaining weight is the SYMPTOM of something else, is the result of something else. Something else cause the weight gain! That means that probably an organ or a hormone in your body is dis-functioning, that is not working properly. Your body is trying to protect you from something and is doing so by gaining fat! The most common reason that an organ or a hormone in your body is dis-functioning is because of what you are eating! There are so many foods that you believe that are healthy, but in reality they are destroying you day by day!


So what we have to focus primarily is not on the symptom (the weight) but we have to fix the problem (the Instant Keto) that causes the weight gain. If we fix the problem, then automatically we solve the weight issue at the same time. Most of the diets out there are trying to solve the symptom (the weight)! This is the recipe for failure! This is why most people that go on diets are doing good in the beginning, but in the end they go back to their old bad habits and gain back what they have lost!


So ask yourself….what do you want be…healthy….or…..thin??
